A very moist fruit cake, bejewelled with a combination of raisins, lemon peel, glacé cherries, and nuts. This cake is definitely a must-have at Christmas, but don't let that stop you from having it at other times of the year. Moist and rich, but not too sweet, this fruit cake pairs perfectly with a cup of coffee or tea.
